This September, the Dragon Race Around Tai Mo Shan Relay is about to begin! Gather your partners to participate in this exciting and meaningful event, let us work together to develop team spirit and contribute to charity (10% of the registration fee for this event will be donated to MIG Action Limited). This is a relay race that allows you to challenge your limits and experience unlimited fun. Forming a team of four, you can use your expertise in the event. Whether you are a sports enthusiast or a passionate youth about teamwork, this relay race will be the best stage for you to show your strength and unity. Each team that completes the activity will receive a set of four dragon-coiled Tai Mo Shan medals. The three-dimensional dragon patterns on the four medals are electroplated in purple, white, gold, and green.

Whether you are a sports expert, a social volunteer or someone who simply wants to experience exciting activities, the Dragon Race Around Tai Mo Shan Relay will bring you an unforgettable memory. Invite your friends, family, and co-workers to join in and enjoy this unique cross-country relay race! The race is scheduled to be held in the afternoon (3:00 pm - 6:30 pm). In addition to avoiding the scorching heat at noon, you can also enjoy the sunset at Tai Mo Shan at dusk. Event Content:	Track distance: about 3km per lap Each team of 4 people has completed four laps in a relay, and the team that returns to the finish line the fastest wins.
Event Contents:	Men's Group (Participants must be over 18 years old) Women's Group (Participants must be over 18 years old) Mixed Group (Participants must be over 18 years old and one of the participants must be female) The competition is uniformly registered by the captain, with four people per team. The race has been conducted in a relay format, with each lap being 3 kilometers, with a total of four laps of about 12 kilometers. The competition is limited to 1 hour and 45 minutes, and the team that completes four laps back to the finish line the fastest will win. Competition time First race: 1500 – 1645 (Men’s Group/Women’s Group/Mix Group), If there are less than three teams participating in a certain category, the awards for that category will be cancelled. But you will also receive a completion medal.

Along the way

Any form of vehicle with wheels running on objects, such as bicycles, roller skates, trolleys, rollers built into or attached to shoes, etc. is prohibited from entering the track.
Participants are not allowed to bring any items that pose a danger or hinder the progress of the competition (such as offensive weapons, items that hinder other participants) into the competition area. Violators will be asked to leave the track immediately.
If any staff, medical staff, race director, or referee on the track requires a competitor to withdraw from the race, the competitor must immediately stop the race and leave the track.
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any competitor who is proven to have received outside assistance in any way during the competition.
If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the article, the Chinese version shall prevail. Creative Linkage Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify and interpret the above rules.

Important notes

To ensure the safety of all participants, event staff will maintain order along the track, and participants must obey the instructions of the staff.
Each team will be divided into different relay zones. After registration, teams can follow the instructions of the conference to arrive at their respective relay zones to prepare for the race.
To avoid accidents, the organizer urges participants not to stay in the starting area and track area to take photos.
In order to reduce crowding on the track and avoid accidents, participants are asked to leave the track as soon as possible after completing the event.
The organizer recommends that participants purchase personal and other related insurance if necessary.
If the Hong Kong Observatory has issued Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 3 or above or a red or black rainstorm warning signal at 6:00 am on the day of the competition (14-9-2024 Saturday), the competition will be cancelled. Participants are advised to pay attention to the weather conditions in the morning before the competition, especially tropical cyclone signals and red or black rainstorm warning signals that may be issued in the next 16 hours. Participants can choose (A) "SF Express Delivery" method for delivery or (B) "Self-Pickup"; if they choose (B) "Self-Pickup", there will be no additional charge.

(4) You understand that all entry fees are not refundable, and at the same time, the paid race qualifications cannot be transferred to other races currently being held or to be held in the future.

Run2Gather provides running information and services including but not limited to race events and campaigns, training module and programs, sales of products, membership programs. Users are required to provide himself/ herself any required equipment, such as computer or mobile phone, and all relevant internet or mobile access fee that may incurred when using our website and services.

We reserve our discretion right to change, suspend or close our website or services without prior notice, and we shall have no liability to any other parties on this right. This right also apply to any update, services enhancement, maintenance, and new functions and features of our services.

Save and except with the written consent of both parties, User shall not send, provide, upload any confidential or proprietary material to us in any circumstance.

8. Indemnity

User agree to hold Run2Gather harmless in legal liability and warrant to indemnify us all the claims and legal cost for any dispute arising from User’s misuse or abuse of our Services or Content. We also the right to defense or confine the liability for any claims or legal dispute; User hereby warrant that will provide genuine cooperation for such defense.

9. Security and password

Run2Gather will provide a password for any registered account to enter and use our Services. It is User’s responsibility to secure the password. Upon User’s request, we will provide another account access or new password to User via provided contact information including but not limited to email or mobile number, while Run2gather has no liability on the security of such internet or mobile network.
