東京皇居跑步唔駛帶鞋去都得 ？！ 相信很多跑友到外地旅遊都會帶備跑鞋及衫褲等， 有時間都會去跑一跑。 今次為大家介紹一個在東京旅遊/出差的跑步好地方：「皇居」 5km 圈。 「皇居」顧名思義是日皇居住的地方，在其外圍有城牆及護城河包圍着。而這個跑步路線正好是在外圍行人路，一圈大約為5km 。
