Taipei's March and the romantic encounter of suits
2025-03-10In March, Taipei, with its cold wind and drizzle, welcomed a grand event for gentlemen and ladies - GQ Suit Walk 2025. This gentlemen's parade has quietly been held for twelve years. This year, it has moved to Dadaocheng, Dihua Street, which is full of nostalgia, allowing the streets full of the atmosphere of the early Republic of China and the elegance of modern suits to interweave into a dreamy melody.

顧名思義，「低心率」就是把心率維持在一個低的水平，坊間有不少相關的資料，也有很多不同的計算方法，對於我這個極度討厭數字、連背乘數表都有困難的人來說，複雜的計算程式只會令我望而卻步，所以我選擇了最簡單的方式──MAF180來開展我的低心率訓練。

其實我到現在還搞不清楚，到底這場賽事的真正名稱是甚麼……官方的資料有兩個說法：Amazing Thailand Marathon Bangkok (ATMBKK) 和 The Unforgettable Marathon，但不管是那個名字，都足以反映這場賽事的特別之處──奇妙和令人難忘。

小時候到過廣州一次，那次是去參加親戚的婚禮，印象已經很模糊了，只記得「白天鵝賓館」。事隔多年，因跑步的緣故重訪這個地方，沒看到白天鵝賓館，卻發現到處高樓林立，暱稱「小蠻腰」的廣州塔是世界第二高的塔式建築，僅次於東京晴空塔(有說法會把第一高樓哈里發塔計算在內，那廣州塔就是第三高的了)。能用雙腿遊走於這個城市，感受它的人文氣息，實在是一件樂事！

2017年開始登山，從韓國的漢拏山(1905m)，到日本的富士山(3776m)、台灣的玉山(3952m)，然後終於來到亞洲第一高峰──馬來西亞的神山(4905m)！可是由於時間所限，我們只能用三日兩夜來一趟快閃之旅~
